Typing in Tamil on your phone
You don't need a special app. Google's Gboard and Microsoft SwiftKey both offer a Tamil keyboard with transliteration: type the word the way it sounds in English letters, and pick the தமிழ் word from the suggestions. Will I only meet Tamil speakers?
Once you've unlocked language choice and picked Tamil, people who chose Tamil are matched with you first. If none are free right then, you may meet someone else, so it's worth opening with a Tamil greeting.
Is Booick free?
